How to Book a Custom Portrait

Step 1: Send me your photo
Choose a clear, high-resolution photo of the person, pet, or subject you'd like drawn. The better the photo, the more soulful and detailed the portrait.

Step 2: Choose your size
Select your preferred portrait size (A4, A3, digital only, etc.). Let me know if you have a deadline, special request, or want to add multiple subjects.

Step 3: Pay 50% upfront
Once we agree on the details, I’ll send you payment information. A 50% deposit is required to start your portrait.

Step 4: I draw the first half — and send a preview
When I’ve completed the sketch and first shading (around halfway), I’ll send you a preview.
✔️ If you're happy, I’ll continue.
❌ If you want changes, this is the perfect time to let me know.

Step 5: I finish your portrait — and send the final preview
Once the artwork is finished, I’ll send you a full preview for final approval. When you're satisfied, you'll pay the remaining 50%.

Step 6: I send your artwork!
You’ll receive your portrait as a high-resolution digital file or a physical artwork (depending on what you chose). Ready to be printed, framed, or gifted.

What You Receive

With every custom portrait, you will receive:

• One high-resolution digital file (JPG/PNG),
  delivered via email as a ZIP file for easy download,

and

• One professionally printed physical portrait,
  sent to you by postal mail — carefully packaged and ready to frame or gift.

Each order includes one finished portrait (digital + physical) per person or animal.
